These terms govern your use of authenteko.com and the booking of trips through AuthenTeko. They are written under Belgian law (Code of Economic Law, Book VI) and the EU Package Travel Directive (2015/2302).

Indicative pricing
Prices on the site are 'from' indications. They are subject to confirmation and may vary based on dates, group size, and supplier availability. The final price is communicated before booking confirmation.
Booking is a request
Phase 1 of the platform does not include online payment. Submitting a booking request via the configurator triggers a manual review. The contract is formed only when both parties have signed.
Editing your itinerary
You can edit your draft itinerary at any time before it is booked. Once booked, edits are handled directly with your travel designer.
Liability and insurance
AuthenTeko's liability and the mandatory financial guarantee under Belgian law will be detailed in the final terms. Travel insurance is strongly recommended and remains your responsibility.
Right of withdrawal
Tailor-made travel services are exempt from the EU consumer right of withdrawal under article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law. The cancellation conditions of your specific booking will be detailed in your trip contract.
